IofC promoting trust at the UN Climate Change Conference

Caux Dialogue on Land and Security

COP 24, the UN Climate Change Conference has started. This year it takes place in Katowice, Poland. 

The conference is expected to finalize the rules for implementation of the Paris Agreement on climate change under the Paris Agreement work programme (PAWP). It will also include a number of high-level events, mandated events, action events and roundtables. (more information and daily updates here ).

One of those events will be  „Trust: the essential ingredient for productive landscapes and climate resilience“ organized by the Caux Dialogue on Land and Security (CDLS) team together with the World Agroforesty Centre and hosted by the African Development Bank. CDLS organizers will share experiences of strengthening governance of natural resources as a key to sequestering carbon and creating resilient communities.
