Enriching Encounters

The CAUX-Initiatives of Change Foundation launched the Enriching Encounters series in 2016 for its 70th anniversary and will now continue this series throughout the year. Join us for these events to become inspired and learn from someone else’s story.

Facilitation Tools Training

In partnership with ICA:UK, CAUX-IofC offers facilitation tools trainings which offer powerful methods and tools for generating consensus in groups and for building ownership of projects or events. They are suited for all levels of experience.


TIGE-Switzerland Network

The TIGE-Switzerland Network links people in Switzerland who are interested in the Caux conference "Trust and Integrity in the Global Economy" (TIGE) to further value-based actions by sharing inspiring stories, ideas and tools.


Workshops for Students

CAUX-Initiatives of Change offers a series of 90-minute workshops to students which aim at improving their teamwork in an intercultural setting and at strengthening their confidence and skills in leadership.

In times of extremes, there are many ways of choosing to promote peace instead of violence. The upcoming Human Library event on Tuesday, 7th November explores different approaches through the personal stories of 5 human books who work to promote interfaith dialogue, institutional tools, grassroots solutions and education as tools to contribute to living in a more peaceful society. Join us for a new human library at the UN library in Geneva!

The Group Facilitation Methods (GFM) training will teach you versatile, powerful techniques for structuring group conversations and finding group consensus. It introduces the foundations of the Technology of Participation (ToP) approach by teaching the Focused Conversation and the Consensus Workshop methods. It will allow you to make meetings more effective, engage groups to develop creative solutions and to help groups identify and understand their shared ideas and goals.
