Workshops since 2014

Since October 2014, we offer the following workshops:

  • Teamwork Level 1: Working as a Team

In this workshop, you will experience and reflect on team processes and different roles in a team. You will also identify how your own team is doing with regards to a set of elements influencing its effectiveness and productivity and work on its improvement, and get a chance to appreciate your team members.

  • Teamwork Level 2: Team and Intercultural Communication

When working with diverse and intercultural teams, it can help to have an understanding of how our identities, backgrounds and underlying values can influence ours’ and others’ behaviour in a team. This workshop will give you tips and tools for effective intercultural team communication and team leadership.

  • Leadership Level 1: The Leader in YOU

This workshop will encourage you to lead confidently from your values and your very unique personality and to stand up for difficult decisions and for your life-balance. Looking at diverse leadership styles and inspiring examples, it will challenge you to see where and how you can exercise leadership in your own environment, connected to your goals.

  • Leadership Level 2: Handling Leadership Challenges

When leading a team, we tend to face recurring challenges, such as how to appropriately support different people with different levels of experience, how to prioritise, how to make sure a delegated task is being done properly, and how to manage team members' motivation. In this workshop, you will explore some tools and do some practical exercises which can help you navigate through those challenges, together with your team.
