The Friends of Caux regional meetings, which take place in October, February and in June, offer a space for the exchange of information and for dialogue which is open to all.

The next weekend of the Friends of Caux will take place on 21 and 22 November 2015.

In April, the association “Friends of Caux” organized its annual assembly in Caux where we welcomed anyone interested in discovering Initiatives of Change.

On 9 June, a group of listeners, though small in number but still highly interested in the topic, came to the Politforum Käfigturm in Bern to attend the plenary discussion organized by CAUX-Initiatives of Change on the topic of cultural diversity and the potential that it offers a society and to listen to the personal stories and opinions of three representatives of different Diaspora communities.

On 27 May, CAUX-Initiatives of Change organised a Panel discussion around the theme 'Fundamental Rights in a Multicultural Society' in the 'Politforum Kaefigturm' in Bern with René Pahud de Mortanges, Elham Manea and Gerda Hauck. More than 70 people came and participated in the lively debate.

The Nigerian Imam Muhammad Ashafa who, together with Christian Pastor James Wuye, is running an inter-religious Mediation Centre in Nigeria, interpreted the Swiss vote in favour of a ban on minarets as a sign of fear of 'the other'.
